Meeberg ISO Tanks & Containers is growing and we would therefore like to expand our team at depot with an administrative assistant depot. With your administrative knowledge and support, together with the Depot Manager and the Global Fleet Manager, you will ensure that the order process runs smoothly from A to Z.

It is a versatile position in which independence and cooperation play an important role in the performance of the work. This work is carried out from our depot in Breda.


 Tasks:

  • You manage the mailbox of the depot department. All incoming e-mails are assessed by you and forwarded to the appropriate colleague, or you can answer the question yourself.

  • You ensure that the various (CRM) systems are up to date by cleaning them timely and accurately, keeping them up to date with newly received information and ensuring proper archiving.

  • You support the Depot Manager in the execution of the projects administratively. This includes ensuring that all documents are present and complete incl. the necessary calculations and that the documents are shared with other departments where necessary.

  • You support the Depot Manager in production planning and work preparation.

  • You answer questions of colleagues concerning the administrative handling of the projects.

  • You take care of the periodic KPI reports and, where necessary, provide ad hoc requested reports and information.

  • You ensure timely signalling of any deviations.

  • You make an active contribution to optimising the existing processes, so that they develop along with Meeberg's growth. Together, we contribute to continuous improvement of the organisation.

Your Profile:

  • You have a mbo-level 4 working and thinking level.

  • You set the right priorities, are stress-resistant and enjoy switching between different activities.

  • You have a good command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing at a business level.

  • You are accurate, administratively strong and have experience with Office and CRM systems.

  • You are available 38 hours a week (working days: Monday to Friday).
