What's your type of tank?

Tanks are available in an extensive range of capacities, types, and conditions, catering to various industrial needs and applications. Meeberg can offer these versatile containers in different sizes and specifications, ensuring that we can meet the demands of a wide array of industries and transportation requirements.

ISO tanks come in various types to suit different cargo transportation needs. Here are some common types of ISO tanks:

  • 20FT ISO Tank: This is the standard ISO tank with a length of 20 feet, designed to transport various types of liquids, gases, and powders in bulk. It is widely used for non-hazardous and hazardous products. For standard 20FT ISO tanks, the capacity typically varies between 5,000 and 27,000 litres, making them ideal for many liquid and gas transportation purposes

  • 23FT Swap Body Tank: Similar to the 20FT ISO tank, the 23FT swap body tank is slightly longer at 23 feet. It is commonly used in intermodal transportation and can be easily swapped between different modes of transport. For these more substantial liquid transportation needs, we provide specialized swaptanks with an impressive capacity of up to 35,000 litres.

  • 20FT TDI ISO Tank: Specifically designed to transport TDI (Toluene Diisocyanate), a chemical used in the production of polyurethane foams and coatings. The tank is constructed with materials compatible with TDI.

  • 20FT Diesel Tank: This ISO tank is designed specifically for transporting diesel fuel, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of fuel to various locations.20FT Reefer Tank: Also known as a refrigerated ISO tank, this type is equipped with a cooling system to maintain a controlled temperature during transportation. It is commonly used for transporting temperature-sensitive goods, such as food and pharmaceuticals.

  • Bitumen Tanks: Bitumen tanks, also known as asphalt tanks or asphalt ISO tanks, are designed to transport bitumen, a viscous and black material used in road construction and waterproofing. These tanks are insulated and heated to maintain the proper temperature of bitumen throughout transportation. Bitumen tanks come in various capacities, ranging from a few thousand to tens of thousands of liters.

At Meeberg, we offer a comprehensive range of tanks to address the diverse requirements of our customers. Whether you're in need of brand-new tanks equipped with cutting-edge technology and design or looking for cost-effective solutions with used tanks, we have you covered. T-Code system for ISO containers

ISO tank containers must be manufactured and modified according to strict international codes for worldwide liquid cargo carried in all modalities. T-Code classifications identify the type of cargo each container is designed to carry. The codes specify the test pressure, shell thickness, pressure relief setup, and bottom/top outlet arrangement. T-Code instructions apply to dangerous goods of classes 1 and 3 to 9.
